Q: What do I need to do to get a trade account?
A: Click on the Register button at the top of the page and fill in the form as a trade customer. Once reviewed by us we will then email you a password. Each time you shop all you need to do is enter your email address and password and you will be able to purchase items and receive your trade discount.
Q: How does the trade discount work?
A: Your trade discount will be judged on the amount you spend with us. If you only purchase items from the site occasionally, you will still receive a trade discount but it will not be at the same level as a company who is buying large amounts of stock from us on a regular basis.
Q: Is it possible to get a credit account with you, and how does it work?
A: Yes. The credit account works on a 30 day end of month basis. To receive a credit account you will need to request a credit account application form from us. Once this is filled in and we have received it back it will be sent to the underwriters for approval. This should take no more than 30 days.
