Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is included in the price of all products for mainland UK. You do not have to pay separately for shipping.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: If we have your items in stock it will be sent on next working day delivery. We tend to advice for you to get your order placed with us by 3pm to get it sent out with next working day delivery. This can vary in busier periods but we will always endeavour to get your item to you within 2 working days.
If we need to order your item from our suppliers we will contact you to inform you of the estimated time your order will take to arrive with you.

Q: Do you ship overseas? How much does it cost?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship items overseas. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to tell you how much it would cost without knowing where you are and what your order is. Shipping overseas is judged on a case by case basis. If you are an overseas customer please email us with your full address before placing an order and we can work out the cost of shipping for you via Royal Mail and courier, whichever you prefer!
Q: Are you able to do VAT free sales for overseas customers?
A: Yes, provided your country does not pay VAT, we can sell you items to you without VAT. Our site is programmed so that it recognises whether or not your country pays VAT, so if you don't it shouldn't be added on to the price of your order anyway.
Q: Do you ship to 3rd party addresses?
A: We are happy to ship to whoever, wherever, whatever.

Q: I am an oversea customer, are you able to mark my parcel with a pro-forma value for quick customs clearance at my end?
A: Yes, this isn't a problem at all. All overseas orders will be provided with all the relevant paper work.
